Friday's Fences #69

This is a sample of the working pen situation on some land that we rent.
The lower section is still standing and J reinforces it with corral panels whenever we need to use the pens.
But because the owners only let us rent it one year at a time, it's not too wise for us to spend anything on improvements.  You never know when you won't get it the next year.
Check out more fences HERE.

What a shame they don't keep it up. Of course, you don't want to put money into someone else's land.

Hmmm. Kind of hard to plan ahead when the owner won't rent it for more than a year at a time!

that's weird that they only let you rent a year at a time...are they wanting to sell eventually? hope they come around and give you a longer lease so you can feel more permanent!

Too bad you have to keep raising it.

I wouldn't spend much either- wonder why they won't rent for more than a year at a time?
