Good Fences #34

We had used our new pens in the spring to work the calves but this was the first time we had put the cows down the chute.
Everything worked great, the cows went right through just like clockwork.
Got to love new fences.

Important fencing, for sure! Have you ever read Thinking in Pictures by Temple Grandin, the PhD with Ausbergers Syndrome who developed the cow chutes used now? Great read!

Good to know the cattle went right through as planned and it is a nice looking fence.

Even a practical stock fence looks better when captured in good light! Good to see the chute worked well.
