Best Cheese Cake Ever

 E put her cooking talents and Kitchen Aid blender to good use today and made us a New York style cheese cake with strawberry topping.
 She only made half a recipe since there are only 3 of us here to eat it.
E took care to make a nice presentation.
It was delicious.  Here, have a piece.

    Shouldn't have read this before breakfast. Cereal didn't sound good to begin with but now all I want is a piece of that cake (with those gorgeous berries on it)!
