It was a beautiful morning with the temperature near 70 and little to no wind. The wind started in the afternoon. So what better to do than to go for a nice ride on Otoelene. And because I was just going to stay on the farm, I let Zipper come along.
Sometimes she was in front. Sometimes beside.
Sometimes in back.
And when I stopped to open a gate, she was underneath. (I think she was enjoying the shade Otoelene made) Otoelene was very tolerant of all these variations in position.
We rode through the cattle which wanted to chase her.
And the goats that she wanted to chase.
And we even had a couple of water crossings. I think she was a little worn down after 1 1/2 hours.
What a good outing for the pup! Gotta love a horse that is tolerant of dogs.
ReplyDeleteToo funny the cows chasing her! Wait until she learns that she can make cows move :o)
Zipper's name exudes energy. She certainly seemed energetic on this ride.
