Wooden pallets have been collecting around the farm for years. Sometimes we may use one or two to block a hole or set something on, but for the most part they just collect.
There were several taking up space in the shed at the new barn. And they were all over the place in the old barn. J happened to ask at the feed mill the other day if they bought pallets. Yes they did, $3 a piece. We rounded up 36 and loaded them on the stock trailer, and J hauled them off today.
Now we have much more room in the barn and enough money for a tank of gas.
Seems like they would be worth more than $3 - but none the less - success: Recycled, money in your pocket and room in your outbuildings. Win win win.
ReplyDeleteWin win! Hahaha C and I often say the same thing.
