Despite the rain and cold, signs of spring are emerging. I planted these hyacinths bulbs last fall. This is the first time I have tried hyacinths. I think they have turn out nice.
My purple leaf plum is in full bloom now. It always has such a sweet smell.
The wind is suppose to get up tomorrow so all of the blooms might come off the yoshima cherry trees.

Lovely. I especially like the cherry blooms. You should cut some and bring them in to enjoy.
