There hasn't been any bee activity for a long time. Awhile back I decided to take the lid off the hive and - no bees- not even any honey. Looks like when they swarmed twice that weakened the hive and it either lost the queen or the last group left later.

Too bad about the bees, but you are right ,those are lovely flowers
shoot, a lot more to bee keeping then just having a hive i guess.
Sorry about the bees. That is disappointing.
We have one that's never been setup. Really need to do it, just keeps going to the bottom of the list.
