It was a close call Friday when J hauled off the goats.
Sissy showed up. This is very dangerous because I'm not too sure J cares much for Sissy. She jumped right in the trailer.
Had a look around.
And decided to stay.
This is more to her liking. (and could be why J doesn't like her). When I turned the nannies back out I tried to get Sissy to go with them but she has a mind of her own and stayed with her cattle friends instead.

Maybe she is a dog in goat's clothing....
I have never heard of pear sauce, but I guess it would work the same way. I have not willingly eaten pears since I was 7 or 8, and I ate more than I put in the basket. Mom was not pleased at having to pull to the side of the road so I could be sick...
Haha lucky day for sissy to get to stay home.
Now that is one happy goat in that cattle feeder. The pear sauce sounds interesting. I make apple sauce. Never thought to do it with pears..... although I do poach pears in red wine
