Joe got his first helping of lettuce and onions out of the garden today.

It made a tasty wilted lettuce salad for supper. Fry some bacon, crumble it on top of the lettuce and onions, take the bacon grease and add a little sugar and some vinegar then pour over the salad, enjoy.
