I thought I might dress up the dining room with some pre Christmas seasonal decorations.
So I picked up some hedge apples. We have these everywhere. But there is one tree near the top of the hill. When they fall off, they roll down to the driveway and make for easy collecting.
I think they are the perfect accent to my dough bowl.
According to sales on eBay, this amounts to a $30-$50 centerpiece. I had no idea there was an actual market for them.

Ok so I had to google these. Never heard of them or seen them before! Very interesting. They do look good in your dough bowl.
